As we mix natural ingredients together to create nourishing skincare products, we will also explore the power of self talk and become more conscious of the messages we are constantly feeding ourselves.
As our cream sets, we will explore how we consciously and unconsciously internalise the messages we are exposed to most frequently, and how we can begin to alter the stories we repeat to ourselves.
Because it is not simply about telling yourself a different story. It is about living it through repeated action, until slowly, you begin to believe it.
We will look at how a skincare or self care routine can become much more than something we simply do to our bodies. It can become a ritual, a small daily reminder of the relationship…
