As the listener it is an equally powerful experience: you learn the quiet power of your presence and been valued. No tools. No scripts. No need to offer solutions Just your ears, your heart, and steady attention.
We begin in a circle, exploring how to listen without fixing or advising, then step into nature to practice that rare gift: being fully present with another human being.
No fixing. Just walking. Just listening.
