Venue: in the Park Virger (near Club Nautique)
Begin your morning beneath the quiet shade of the trees in Parc Vigier, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.
We’ll move together through a steady, one breath per movement practice of sun salutations — a joyful and centering way to welcome the day and awaken both body and mind.
After practice, we’ll enjoy coffee and conversation at Club Nautique — and for those who feel inspired, perhaps even a refreshing swim.
