Reinventing yourself with an edge

What to expect:

· Arrival as of 9.45h for refreshment and connecting time. Official start at 10.15h.

· Experience a guided and safe walk back to a time in your past where you truly felt connect to yourself.

· Create your new long-term vision of yourself.

· lunch (vegetarian)

· Creative activities i.e. underwater pool photography (if you don't want to get wet then an alternative photo shoot will be provided), imaginary journalling and more

Follow up reflection sessions:

This one-day retreat is the beginning of a lifestyle change and once you stay on this path it will be worth it. Like a caterpillar waits in it cocoon. Going through stages of metamorphosis, so too will you spend time within yourself, going deep as you prepare for change.

While there is no quick fix or solution to creating the best version of yourself, you most do the work, but you don’t have to do it entirely on your own.

Once you have started your journey on this retreat, we are with you all the way if you wish

One week after the retreat there will be a meet-up Friday the 26th at 14.00 till 16.00 (included in the fee, in Nice and people can join online too) and afterwards every 2nd week (additional fee applied)

Practical info:

· Bring swimsuits and towel
