At this powerfully uplifting workshop, we’ll begin with a grounding arrival to create safety, presence, and connection. From there, we’ll explore through reflection, creativity, and simple ritual how our relationship with our bodies has been shaped, and how it can begin to soften
Perfectly Imperfect is a creative, reflective space for women to explore body image not as something to conquer or improve, but as a story we’ve learned and one we are allowed to question, rewrite, and release.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
Where ideas of “good” and “bad” bodies come from
Who benefits from those rules
How different, imperfect, changing bodies are not mistakes — but truth
