Step into the heart of Provence for a day of beauty, flavour, and connection.
Our journey begins in Le Val, la Provence verte, where we’ll spend the morning harvesting olives in a family grove, connecting with the land and its rhythms.
Afterwards, we’ll share a fresh, seasonal lunch with bread and wine, surrounded by the serene Provençal countryside.
The afternoon takes us to two charming local vineyards, where we’ll savour their wines and enjoy the nature around us, before returning to our property to relax and take in the atmosphere.
As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a private dinner prepared by our chef, Andreas Göbel — a feast of seasonal flavours paired with wine, salads, and fresh bread.
