While we all know how to physical say the word NO… but in real life, it’s not always that simple.
Guilt, fear, time, and habit often get in the way. At this coffee session, we’ll explore how to set clear, kind, and confident boundaries, without the guilt.
Because when we honour our own limits, we strengthen our self-worth, deepen respect in our relationships, and create more ease in our daily lives.
And perhaps most importantly, by learning to say no, we model something powerful for our children—helping raise independent, confident, and respectful humans.
