We don’t need to pretend that we have it all figured out, that life is perfect, or that settling in sunny Nice is easy-breezy all the time. Believe me, you’re not alone in those moments of doubt, loneliness or overwhelm that make you wonder:
What am I doing here? Do I belong? Will I be able to create the life I want? What’s important to me now?
These are real and important questions. And while they are worth asking, they can feel heavy to sit with alone.
