You’ll learn how to make a vibrant twist on classic gazpacho, the ultra-creamy Spanish favorite salmorejo, and a light, seasonal fruit soup that’s as pretty as it is delicious.

But we’re not stopping at soups — we’ll shake (and sip) a few fun frozen drinks to keep things cool. Think sparkling flavors, icy blends, and maybe a surprise pop of summer sweetness.
